    Fitscan scale

    I like the scale but find the readings can fluctuate greatly day to day.

    The build quality is good. The weight readings are extremely accurate.

    The body fat fluctuations are frustrating though.

    Connecting with my health

    I'm really grateful for such an amazing piece of technology that I can use to monitor my health. Unfortunately, the manual that comes with the device doesn't explain what the -/o/+/++ symbols mean that are shown against my weight (though I can guess) and there is no explanation in the manual about what the physical rating number means. While the product is excellent, the supporting manual needs more work so it can truly support clients to get the most out of these amazing scales.
